Cannot view Excel files created on Windows 10 PC from a new Windows 11 PC and vice versa

How do I view excel files in my dropbox that were created on a Windows 10 PC on my new Windows 11 PC and vice versa? Here is the error message when trying to access an excel doc created on my Windows 11 and trying to read on Window 10 PC.

Hey @Big Maho - thanks for clarifying that for us.

 

When it comes to the issue at hand now, could you send us a couple of screenshots so that we make sure we're on the same page?

 

Specifically, I'd need one from your computer and one from your wife's computer to see exactly where you're both looking at.

 

Another thing you could do is ensure that the app on both computers are 'up to date' and not still syncing. 

 

In any case, please keep us posted.
