Whenever I try to open or create a new Dropbox Paper, the result is a 404 error. I cannot open any of my Dropbox Paper files on the online version of Dropbox, or the downloaded software. I have tried to open the Dropbox Paper files on multiple devices and browsers, I have tried disabling my extensions on Firefox (where the error initially occured).
The error started after I uploaded a few pdf files to my account.

Besides your Dropbox Papers, are you receiving an error if you try to take any other action on your Dropbox account (for example, share a file/folder, access other pages, etc)?
Feel free to send me a screenshot of the error you receive, too.

I cannot access any pages documents, or create new ones. I always end up on the 404 page (screenshot below)
I can create sharing links on pages documents (although they also 404), but it wont let me create sharing links on any other documents because it says it might contain phishing information. I suspect this is linked to the PDFs I uploaded right before the error kicked in (which I have since deleted)?
Hi again, @LapidusInternational. It sounds like your links have been banned for this reason.
Can we log a ticket for you, and investigate this further?

Yes please do log a ticket. I assumed it was not this because it says "You may receive an email containing instructions on how to address the issue" and I have not received an email.

I'm unable to access Dropbox Paper.
I'm getting the same experience (and so is the rest of the world, it would seem... "everyone or just me"-type sites can't get to paper.dropbox.com, either). Is Paper working for *ANYONE*?? (And if not, why hasn't dropbox updated their status page. 😞
(oh, sure... *now* it updates... as I'm typing this.) 🙂
Hi @ntceric, we have had a temporary issue with Dropbox Paper, that has since been resolved.
Please could you confirm if you're able to access the page now?
