0 KB Video Files
Hey, I moved a bunch of videos from my iphone into a folder in dropbox around 3 years ago. Most of them show up as “0 KB” and I cannot view them. I no longer have the videos anywhere else, is there any way to recover or fix them? Not sure how to add a photo but if I can figure it out I can.

When you moved them did you give them time to upload?
Mac's create 0byte files on devices before populating them with the data. As they are initially tiny they upload almost instantly to Dropbox, but, then upload slowly once the files are 'full' of actual data. Thats not a Dropbox error or fault its just how Mac's handle files.Unless you uploaded or changed the files in the last 30 days (assuming you are free here, 180 days if not) then no, there is no way to recover via Dropbox I'm afraid. You can look at previous versions of the files to see if there are any.
