My account has 7.75 gb of earned space but i am not able to access it . The dropbot is no help does any one know how i can access the space i earned

Hi there, 

 

I am having the same issue. On my page it says I have 2GB of data and am using 23.4MB. It also says I have a total of 7.7GB  of unused space. I keep getting emails saying i am out of space and cannot access files i have been sent.

Dropbox Basic

Free

Upgrade

2 GB of storage to help you store and share files.

 

Personal Dropbox spaceUsing 23.4 MB of 7.7 GB

 

Regular files (23.4 MB)

 

Backup (0 bytes)

 

Shared files (0 MB)

 

Unused space (7. GB)

Hey @cassiem, thanks for the nudge here.

 

Can you please confirm that the email address associated with your Dropbox account and the address that the email you mentioned went to, are the same?

When was the last email about your quota sent to you?

 

Also, can you confirm that the email came from one of our official Dropbox domains here?

I just received another email (screenshot attached) asking me to upgrade, the last one was from 9/9/24. I'm sure they are from dropbox. As I said previously I'm also unable to access files through a notification email that a colleague has shared with me, when I follow the link I get to than dropbox landing page that tells me I am out of space.
