Hi.  I keep receiving the above message when trying to upload folders via the website.  Evreything was working fine for hours and then Upload stopped working.  I have plenty of space (1TB) and I'm working on a Mac via Firefox.  Never had this problem before.

Thanks

Using the desktop application and it's working.  Obviously the files were too large.

Thanks for being there.

Hi Roger, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Jay,

Didn't work with both Firefox and Safari with the settings you recommended.

Everything was working fine earlier with Firefox and extensions running.  So, not sure what went wrong.

How large is the folder you’re trying to upload? Are you able to upload folders with fewer files, or smaller sized files?

Any info you can provide would be great!

A very small folder (442 KB) did upload.  Yesterday I uploaded folders with almost 2GBs without any problem.  A folder with 420 MB wont upload today.
