Re: Storage space is full before loading

Storage space is full but it really isn't. Why is this happening?

Hello!
On the basic tariff plan with bonuses displayed, when only 10% of the account capacity is turned on, the account is maintained at approximately 80-90%, while the photo and cart are empty.
The question is why is this happening?
Also, there are backup files that are not available for me to delete, how can I delete them?

Not sure what you mean about bonus display?

Everything you see at www.dropbox.com/home AND www.dropbox.com/backups use your quota. So anything stored in the account anywhere will take space.

By bonus space I mean that the basic plan has 2GB + 16GB of the volume received by bonuses

You can manage your backups from the Backups page. This will be files that you've backed up from your computer or an external drive.

I see two “backup” folders, but they are not available for me to delete.
I did not upload these files

I have uploaded 6.7 GB files in Dropbox, but Dropbox says that 16.7 GB have been used, where does this difference come from?

Hey @Nik10, what does the plan tab of your account settings show?
