Storage limit
Has the space been given yet from the HP machine? www.dropbox.com/account/plan should show the quota - note even with that its possible to go over.
If you havent had it yet did you meet the terms by completing www.dropbox.com/gs ? That had to be within a set number of days of initial Dropbox log on.
