Storage Space
Looking for help with managing the storage space in your Dropbox account? Talk to the Dropbox Community and get advice from members.
Even though i am on basic plan, 18gb and have almost 5gb free, i have to get this email everyday.
"Eligibility confirmed: Dinh, you'll lose access to your files if you don't act soon!"
....
"Notice: Your files are about to stop syncing, Dinh."
Please tell me what is going on and what should i do?

Hey @conchimnon - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your account's quota?
Also, do you see any unsubscribe button within the emails you're getting about this?

May I ask how many times you've received this email notification so far?
Also, is it possible that you were closer to your account's quota limit at that point?

I am having the same problem. Daily I am receiving emails to say my storage is full and whilst it was, I have since upgraded and am still receiving the same urgent emails. Others do have access to add files but I am only using 3.9gb of 2TB - so I do not understand what is going on. Please can you assist?
Hi @RebeccaFF, could you attach a screenshot showing the email you received, and how much quota you have on your account here?
@conchimnon, could you also attach a screenshot from the same page on your account?
