Can't delete backup from Dropbox site
I have deleted an automatic hard disk backup from Dropbox but storage space is not released.
Now the backup is no longer recognized.
I have already removed the desktop application from the devices and added it again.
Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi Klkoenig, thanks for bringing this to our attention
Are you able to view your backup on the site directly, and delete it from there?
This will help me to assist further!

Hello,
I can't see the backup on the website. Under “All files” I can only see my own folders, but no backup.- JayDropbox Staff
Could you attach a screenshot of the backup page on the site?
In addition, could you also click 'Show deleted backups' on the site and copy that screenshot here too?
