Bonus storage from tasks is gone after reinstalling Dropbox on one of my PCs

Dear Community, 

i recently reinstalled Dropbox on one of my PCs. I had like 7GB of free storage trough tasks for free. after the reinstall it says im using 6gb in my 2gb account which is clearly wrong and super weird. my files are still there online but wont synchronize with my offline folder on that PC. i cant check the other PCs as they are at my working space and its the weekend now. i am scared that i cant work with dropbox anymore 😞

can you guys help me?

Let's jump right into this!

 

Can you check your storage space in your account settings here? Do you see your bonus space there?

 

If so, is it possible that you signed in to a different Dropbox account on that particular PC?

 

Let me know what you find.
