What's my plan?

I'm on a plan that includes 2 TB, but Dropbox won't let me download to my 4th PC. Why not?

You can see the plan you have on your Plan page. If you're paying for a subscription but the plan shows as Basic, you're actually on a free plan and you likely have a second account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.
