Not receiving the verification email

Not receiving the verification email

I'm having trouble with the verification email (going from Dropbox to a Google Workspace account). I've added no-reply as a contact and checked spam, trash, etc. I've tried in Chrome, Edge and Safari but nothing is going through. Please help!
