I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!

A client of mine is having similar issues not receiving 6 digit security code or password reset email even after checking junk. Email is [removed per Community Guidelines]

Hey @Sirli! Please check your email address here, and reply back to my message. 

 

For everyone else having the same issue, can you please clarify if you’ve checked your spam folders and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, before resending the one-time code?

email came to wrong email address.
I wrote You an email address, that has issues. 

Since I can't log in, I'm currently logging in from my co-workers account
