I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!

Do you have access to the email address linked to your Dropbox account?

I tried it a lot of times in the last weeks, but didn't receive any verification codes or password reset mails to get back into my account.
I also tried adding the no-reply-Mail and using different browsers in different modes.
I had to create a new account to write here.
Is it possible that I gain access back into my Dropbox-account?
I am trying to install my dropbox account/files sync on a new PC and have not received any 6 digit access code email. I added the no-reply@dropbox.com email to my contacts and that did not solve the problem.
Can you please assist?
I finally got a security code via my phone, not by email as it told me to expect. But when I enter it, it generates a message at the top of the page "There was a problem completing this request." So I'm still dead in the water here, unable to set up my new computer with my dropbox files. Please assist!
HI @KylHaz, @RMox, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Hey @6Dev, sorry to hear about this.
Since you have access to the email address associated with your account, can you try to reset your Dropbox password, to see if that helps?

hi Hannah I need help too. I cant login because i didnt receive any 6 digi code from my company email. Im using my google account to leave a support chat. I cant login using my dropbox email to access here. Please pm me if you need my email.
