I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!

Are you referring to a 2 factor authentication code or one time security code to access your Dropbox account @Meraj ansari?
Do you have access to the email address that's linked with the Dropbox account in question?

Hello, I had to create this new account because my other account is not recieving the password reset or the 6 digit code. I have already tried logging in in. private browser, clearing the cache, adding the no reply email to my contact list. But nothing seems to be working.
I am not getting an email for me to put. the 6 digit code after I login.
I'm not receiving it either for the account that I am actually trying to access
