I can't receive the 6-digit code to log in to my Dropbox account

When trying to login problem, problem show‘s up, Dropbox send a 6-diget code to my email account, this never received

Hi @JGD 55, and welcome to the Community. 

Can you clarify if the email address to which Dropbox should’ve sent the 6-digit code is accessible to you? 

If yes, I’d like you to check your spam folder, and let me know if the email is located there.

Yes, sure! The mail address is accessible and there is nothing in the Spam folder.

Can you take one more step and add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts? 

Let me know if you can receive the security code to your email address after that.

same thing for me

 

can't receive 6 digit code , the email is accessible and nothing in the Spam folder.

If you haven’t done so already, can you please add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and attempt to sign in to your Dropbox account once more? 

 

Let me know if this resolves the issue.
