I can't login using my Google account. Unknown error, or account disabled.

I have been using drop box for a long time but recently(2-3 weeks ago) I'm no longer able to login through my Google account. It either shows unknown error or account disabled . It had tons of work related docs ., someone please help!

Hey @Rishi2, let's jump right into this! 

 

Is it possible that you were part of a Business team? I'm asking, because you might see the disabled message, if the admin removed you from the team. 

 

Can you also send me a screenshot of the exact message you're getting on your end? If I were you, I'd also check my emails, to check if there are any Dropbox-related messages there, that can inform you about this.
