Is it possible that you were part of a Business team? I'm asking, because you might see the disabled message, if the admin removed you from the team.
Can you also send me a screenshot of the exact message you're getting on your end? If I were you, I'd also check my emails, to check if there are any Dropbox-related messages there, that can inform you about this.
