How can I disable the transcript button?

Hi , just wondering if there is a way to disable the transcript button. 

I have had a look and can't seem to  see anything. Whilst the transcript button is very helpful to our instructors, it becomes a problem when our students can download the transcripts

Currently, it isn't possible to disable the transcription feature.

If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future.
