How do I change my email address please

I would suggest making sure that the email address you're trying to use, is not already used by another Dropbox account.
To confirm, try to login with that email and request a password reset; if a password reset email comes to that address, it means that a Dropbox account is already associated with that email.

I am using the same email address for my emails and have managed to change to this email address with other websites, etc.

Hey @Sharyn W., is it possible that this email address was used for the account before, or that it might be the current email address of the account?
