Please help me. I started entering an alternative email for my primary email in Dropbox in the Change email box, and when I decided to return to my primary email for Dropbox, I did not find all the pictures gone, and also in the alternative email, there is no solution. What is the solution to return them, knowing that I did not delete them?
Hey @Hanouf, sorry to see that you're having trouble.
Changing the email address associated with your account, wouldn't cause you to lose your files.
Is it possible that you already had another, empty account under your primary email address?
I'd suggest opening a private browsing/incognito window to try to sign in and see if that's the case.
Which email is the account currently associated with? Your secondary one?

The current email I use is this [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]
I deleted the other alternate email, but this is my primary email and that's where all the files were located
I'm afraid that chat support is available only to our paid users, @Hanouf, but we'll try our best to resolve this here.
When you say you deleted the alternative email, do you mean you deleted the email address or the Dropbox account associated with it?
Because from what I understand, you didn't change your Dropbox email, you just created a new account with your primary address.
Did you try logging in with the old address, to see if it allows you?
