Cannot receive verification email - I can no longer access the address associated with my account

Hi,

I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding my Dropbox account, as I am currently unable to access the primary email address associated with it. My account was originally registered with an email linked to my old corporate Gmail address, but this address is now inaccessible due to Google’s discontinuation of free Workspace services and the expiration of my domain three years ago.

When I attempted to change the primary email address in my Dropbox account settings, the verification code was sent to the email I no longer have access to. This has left me in a difficult position, as I am unable to retrieve the code or access my account settings.

I kindly request your support in verifying my identity through alternative means and updating my primary email address to a new, accessible one. I am available to provide any necessary information for account verification, including details such as previous billing information, recent files or folders accessed, and devices used.

Please let me know if there are any steps I can take to expedite this process, as I urgently need to access my Dropbox account.

Thank you very much for your assistance and prompt response to this matter.

Its very very unlikely you can do this. As you have access to the account the officially recognised way is to just set up a new account - download everything and reupload to a new one.

If you dont have access you need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support. If you are not a paying user you MUST do this while not logged in, even to here, so use an incognito window. Note that it is NOT a guarantee you can get the email changed. There is lots of cases here on forums where people have lost their accounts.
