HI can someone help me with linking my hotmail e mail account to my drop box account. I was offered it to create more space but I couldn't log in and now am not getting it as an option again!? TIA

Hi @lp1982, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify exactly what error you're getting when attempting to login?

Are you creating a new Dropbox account entirely under the Hotmail address?

Any other info or screenshots (while hiding person info) would be helpful!

No years ago my son created a dropbox account for me and I had photos in it. Later my new assistant in setting up all social social media accounts, was not aware I already had an account and created a new one (not sure is she combined them), but pictures I had under [Removed as per Community Guidelines] lost.  The  new account is under [Removed as per Community Guidelines] I had very important pictures in the old one and am hoping I can still retrieve

them somehow? Can you help?

Hi @rose cervantes, as it isn't possible to merge Dropbox accounts, it's possible that the account you mentioned is still active. Are you able to login to that account on the Dropbox site directly?

When was the last time you accessed that Dropbox account? Was it recently or over 12 months ago?
