Can I save Capture files locally or change the fps settings?

Can I save Capture files locally or change the fps settings?

Hey, I just got dropbox capture, I'm really liking it, the workflow is much smoother than other capture software. However is there not an option to save locally? Ideally I wouldn't have to have access to the internet to capture things and then redownload it etc..... Also I need my videos to be 60fps or above and I can't see any options to change from 30fps?

Many thanks for your time!

Hey @SonarSoundSB, thanks for posting your query to the Dropbox Community.

Just to clarify, are you referring to saving locally files you've already saved to your Dropbox with Capture?

Any additional info on that, would be really helpful.

As for the fps, indeed, there's no way to change this setting at the moment, but I have passed your comments along to our team about this.

Cheers.

Hi Hannah,

Thanks for the reply!

I mean when i stop a capture it open a dropbox window in chrome and it automatically gets uploaded to dropbox. Is there no option to just render the video locally and turn off automatically opening the chrome window?

Thanks so much
