Can I change the sender name when sending over a signature request?

Can I change the sender name when sending over a signature request?

When I send documents to get e-signed, the recipients get an email that shows the sender name as just my first name, with all lower case letters.  How do I change this? (It's my work account, so looks really unprofessional!).  I've gone into settings and there it lists my full name, with proper capitalizations.

Hey @xyz2023 - sorry to hear about this.

When you say it's your work account, could you clarify what plan you're on at the moment?

Could you maybe send us a screenshot of how it looks like so that we can have a visual too?

Also, are you using the Dropbox Sign product to send your docs for signatures or a 3rd party app/app integration?

Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hi! Yes, I'm using DropBox Sign (no 3rd party) - it's the free version. I sent out a request for signature to a client and the email they received had only my first name in all lower case as the sender.  But when I look in my settings, my full name is listed, with proper caps.  (Sorry, I can't really send a screenshot b/c it has confidential client info on it?)

It may be pulling my first name in lower case from my email address (my email is firstname@company etc)...? But not sure why only that would show up as the sender? (It's not showing the whole email address, which would at least be better!)

Hi @xyz2023, I see, thanks for letting me know!

Would you be okay if I was to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Is there a solution for this issue? In my case, it uses my email address as my name and then repeats the email address. It looks unprofessional.

Hey @netsquire! Are you also using Dropbox Sign to send over those signature requests? You’re not using your Signatures tab here, correct?

I don't understand your question. Do you have two different products?
