All emails from Dropbox begin with a curse word instead of my name

This is how all of my email transcendence begins: Hi **bleep**,

    Hey dropvibe, thanks for reaching out to us.

     

    The emails you receive will actually address you by the name you've added to your account, when you created it.

     

    This is a setting that can be changed through this page.
