how can we set up visibility so a manager could see who was in what file across number of different files in one folder without having to click into each file as this is very time consuming
thanks in anticaption
Hi @wayne TFP, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you on a Dropbox Business team or a personal account?
Are these files in shared folders or team folders?
This will help me to assist further!

hiya
thanks for swift reply, to answer questions
In essence we want a folder, say called In progress which could have say 50 files in it, which members of team would all have access to and be working on the mangers and possibly other team members want to be able easily see who, is in what, at any point in time without having to open every file to be able to see this.
hope this makes sense
Thanks for the info. Currently, this wouldn't be possible to do what you're asking using Dropbox.
The viewer info would only show when a person has accessed a file, while you're viewing the file yourself.
