Sign-In Issue - receiving one-time code to an old email with no access

Hello, I'm trying to sign-in to my account that I've been logging into for the past 3 years. Now all of a sudden it prompts me to a 6 digit code that was sent to my old email "2 step verification"...

That's weird because I've been able to sign in for the past 3 years with no problem. 

 

No I'm not part of that organization anymore.
