Drop box prompted to log in again. I used to login with 4 digit pin. Suddenly, Dropbox asked to log in with email id and password. I got security code on my email id but Dropbox was not accepting it . I tried login with google account and all files got disappeared though email id is same.. Really, don’t know what to do. I would be grateful if any member can help me out. Thanks in advance

Hello Jay ,
Really appreciate your prompt response.
Unfortunately, those options to contact or chat with drop box representatives is not part of my plan . So , it’s disabled.. I can’t approach them…

You should have access to contact them via a ticket, when you're not logged into your account, using the steps I provided. Are you not seeing the option to do so?

Thanks for the message, try using the 'Disabled account' option, this way you'll be able to contact the team.

Hello All ,
My Dropbox basic account is not opening since last 3 days.
I was using gmail id.
I tried to open with google account and new Dropbox account got generated and now I am not able to access previous Dropbox account in which my 2 Gb data is there.
I had asked this query previously as well but didn’t get exact solution as my account is basic and I am not able to write any email to Dropbox support.
Pl help.
Thanks in advance

Hi again, @rajeshdpujara. What I’d like you to do next is to open an incognito window on your browser and go to https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues WITHOUT being signed in to ANY Dropbox account.

If you do this, you should be able to select an issue from the drop-down menu and follow the rest of the prompts to log your ticket. Even if you have a Basic account, you can still log a ticket this way.
