I logged into Dropbox with Google and now my old account has disappeared.
Drop box prompted to log in again. I used to login with 4 digit pin. Suddenly, Dropbox asked to log in with email id and password. I got security code on my email id but Dropbox was not accepting it ...

No new code is getting generated. Simply getting into new account. Nothing else…
I really surprised that how come one can create two accounts with one email id..
I couldn’t find any email id to raise this issue directly with Dropbox customer support team.

Hi rajeshdpujara, were you part of a Dropbox team at one point, or was this a personal account?

Thanks for the info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox. - Jay2 months agoDropbox Staff
You should have access to contact them via a ticket, when you're not logged into your account, using the steps I provided. Are you not seeing the option to do so?

Disabled account option is not there .
I tried inactive account but there is no option available for me as my account is Dropbox basic.
