How about allowing permission to change the top level folders selective?

I can no longer create new folders directly from windows exploer in my dropbox teams account, which is very inconvenient. This may be useful if you have many teams accounts in that it prevents folders from changing location or disappearing due to mistakes, but for my usage it is more of a disadvantage. Instead of making it impossible to change to the main folder by default, could the permission be made selective?
