Hey @MrsPibbX, I'm here to help!
What file type are we talking about?
Also, if you use the search-bar on the top right to locate the file, are you able to find it inside your account?
Let me know more!

Its a Dropbox Paper document -- called 'CHARACTER OUTLINE'. I saved it into a folder that I created and it seems since then, I've gotten the Error. Over the last month or so, it has been showing the 500 Error Message while no other paper docs are showing this error.
Hey @MrsPibbX, thanks for the heads up!
Did you try my suggestion above about searching a file, and if so, what was the result?
One more thing: have you also tried clearing the cache on your current browser, just to rule that out of the window too?

Hi Megan -- tysm / sorry my previous message was so weird, I originally included a screenshot of the document in the folder (which is why I included the doc name).
also Yes, just tried to find the doc in the search bar in Dropbox (Main) no luck. And in Dropbox (Paper), I'm only seeing it in the folder -- no where else.
Should I assume its 🪦?
Hi @MrsPibbX, do you see any history of the file in the events page or the deleted files page?
Are you certain that this is the only Dropbox account that you use and login to on the browser?

Confirming not in deleted files or events.
But I do have 2 other Dropbox Accounts with different emails.
Is it maybe possible that you shared this document with one of your other Dropbox accounts @MrsPibbX?
I'm asking, because it would help to also check there, and see if you get the same results.

I never shared the doc but when I try to open the link from a diff account i get a new error page:
Just to check, since you mentioned that you saved it into a folder, do you see the file in that folder? Could you attach a screenshot showing this?
When was the exact last time that you were able to successfully access the file?
