Hello,
My premium account used to be paid by a professor at my university. 
We ended the relationship, and I think she stopped paying the account. 
A message just popped up saying:  The folder was removed by admin. 
Now, whenever I want to log in with that account, it is not possible.
I would like to keep the account. Could anyone please help me how to recover that account? 
or is there any email or way to directly contact DROPBOX support?

Can you access the account at all?

Or is it a folder within an account you can access?
