Hi,
So I've been upgraded for free plus trial, but I've been charged for 19.90euros and the plan doesn't even upgraded. Please refund me the amount you charged by mistake. I can't reach dropbox support any other way.

Did you upgrade to the trial from the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

I can't see any transaction on the page you linked and I'm on Dropbox Basic plan now.
It sounds like you might've upgraded another account if you upgraded from the Dropbox site directly. Are there any other emails you use, which could have a Dropbox account associated to them, or is it possible that the site was logged into another user's email address?
You can determine which account this is by using the card lookup tool.
