Unknown credit card charge on basic free account

I received a charge on our credit card for $81 and all it says on the description is "DropBoxIncCodCordspro San Francisco CA". I have a free basic account. I would like to know where this is coming from and why we were charged when I have a basic account.

Hey @Dissatisfied95, sorry to see you're having trouble.

 

It sounds like you might be getting charged for a different account.

 

Is it a credit card charge? If so, you can find out the email of the account using this page.

 

Is it an account you can access and cancel?

There is a $125.27 charge to my credit card from 185 Berry Street in San Fran. Checking to see if this is annual charge. Credit card company has flagged it

That looks like an annual Plus account charge
