Unauthorized charge - how can I get a refund?

Hey Dropbox,

I did not make this purchase for this plan or subscription as I just got money taken out of my bank account and this was not by me. I am asking for a full refund of this unorthorised purchase as this is not okay to take my money due to me not completing this transaction. Please get back to me. Thanks

Did you put your card info in to Dropbox? If so you did authorise it - and probably didn't cancel a trial in time. See https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund

 

If you DID NOT give Dropbox your credit card info then you need to speak to your card company as somebody has cloned it.
