Unable to get in dropbox or call dropbox

They have been trying to get me to upgrade for months but can't talk to them. If I could get in I could delete and not have to upgrade

WHY can't you get in? You haven't explained what the issue is.

Won't let me in until I upgrade. Do not want to upgrade just want to delete most of pictures so I don't have to upgrade
