I canceled my Dropbox subscription for storage in December 2023 and received an email confirming my account would revert to Basic in January 2024. However, that didn't happen—I was still charged the day after receiving the email. I've found it incredibly difficult to reach Dropbox support directly; I couldn’t find any email or phone number for customer service. I eventually contacted them through Instagram and received a follow-up email. I replied, explaining my issue, but was again directed to the website’s support section, which seems to just loop back to the same pages without real help.
Has anyone else had a similar experience, and if so, how did you manage to resolve it? @dropbox
