Signed up for trial and it's uploaded all of my iCloud Photos

Hi, I have a basic plan that I use for docs. I wanted more storage and to test Dropbox premium v google drive premium so I signed up for the trial. I prefer google drive/photos so I have cancelled the feee trial. It now says I am using 847% of my storage and must upgrade. When I've looked all of my iCloud Photos are now on Dropbox! What do I do? I haven't uploaded them as far as I'm aware. I want to delete them but I also can't risk losing 10 years of iCloud Photos! Please help! My settings don't say anything about photo backup being on. I can't find any support numbers.

Hi there @Dragonnumpty, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please let me know what exactly is  reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

Also, do you see any files  or folders taking up space on your homepage or the backups page?

If  so, can you download them from there?

Keep me posted!
