Show me a SIMPLE way to unsubscribe from all of these services. I've tried for a month, to unsubscribe, to no avail. Your description is shady at best and approaching illegal. You have no phone numbers for a conversation with a live person. A post office box for an address and chat rooms that only allow questions you supply.
Please just unsubscribe me from any and all subscriptions and services.

To cancel a plan is simple. You follow https://help.dropbox.com/plans/downgrade-dropbox-individual-plans
However it will only work if you are logged in to the account that has been upgraded. If you go to www.dropbox.com/account/plan and it shows 'Basic' you are on a free account. So, if you are being charged you need to log out of that account and in to the right one.
