Personal accounts are intended for a single individual and it's against the Terms to share an account. Your wife can have her own account and you can create a shared folder between both accounts, or you can change your Plus account the the Family plan and invite up to 5 additional users, each having their own account and access to the Family folder.

Thank you for the reply. Tells me what I need. I'm ready subscribing to 365 for up to 6 users. I need to sit down and see what we need. I will be keeping my Dropbox whatever!!! AGAIN many thanks. Terry
