Our last recorded screenshot of dropbox storage was on Feb 7... we had 8GB of storage. 5GB came from our Quicken subscription (5GB Dropbox storage for one year). Then on Feb 26 we noticed we were dropped to 3GB even though our Quicken doesn't renew until April 30, 2023. Why is Dropbox not honoring the promotion for the full year? Or is this a glitch that can be fixed?

The events link was helpful as I can see the exact date we lost space. And your other comment had me considering the possibility that perhaps our renewal last year included two bonus months. (??) Seems that would be the only way we could have redeemed a 12-month coupon code that expires two months prior to renewal. We'll see in April. Either way, thank you!
The space doesnt link to your renewal with quickbooks it relates to when you claimed the vouchers.
www.dropbox.com/events should show whats happening as will www.dropbox.com/account/plan.
