I'm receiving charges of £19.99 from Dropbox, but when I log onto my account, I can't find any details other than those associated with a free profile.

Have you perhaps used our payment lookup tool, to see which email address is associated with the payments?

In that case, I would suggest opening a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and going to this page.
You should be able to insert your info and submit a help request to our support team, to be assisted directly.
