Payment went through but my plan wasn't upgraded after receiving error message

I made a payment with my debit card to upgrade to the plus plan from the basic one. I choose the monthly billing cycle, and when I clicked the purchase button, the amount got debited from my bank but an error message popped up, and it still hasn't upgraded my plan. I have the bank statement to prove it. Please dropbox support get back to me as soon as you can.

Support doesn't work on the weekends. You'll need to open a ticket and someone will get back to you when they return on Monday.

 

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
