Horrible support!
I've been a customer for a long time.
I'm trying to renew my subscription.
Having trouble with payment options not working on your homepage.
I cant get any help. Please fix this ASAP.
I talked to support agent George and a few others who could not help. They all said to try the same thing except for George who cancelled my Plus membership so I could start over after he ensured me all my files would be safe. NOW I CANT ACCESS CHAT because of that cancellation.
