How on earth can I speak with someone? They screwed up my account... I paid for an upgrade and it hasn't been acknowledged. The chat and contact us features are a complete joke
Hey @spag - sorry to hear about this.
Could you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours perhaps?

How do you mean 'you responded to an iCloud email'?
Dropbox only does upgrades via its website or its own apps. You cannot upgrade via an email address - especially one which isn't @dropbox.com

If you log on to the website at www.dropbox.com/home with the iCloud email does that account show the upgrade?
Does your card or PayPal show a payment to Dropbox?
