Need help looking up and cancelling an account.

I have been charged for a dropbox account that I believed was my personal dropbox, but am now finding out it is not. I went to the email lookup tool and it requested a 12 digit code on the statement. The code I have on my statement is only ten digits and I cannot use the lookup tool. How can I contact customer support or anyone at dropbox in order to look up the email/Close the account entirely. I believe it might be my old school email and I no longer have access to that email.

Hi @Lababasc, let's jump right into this!

 

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

 

You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

 

Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

My ticket number is #23310372. I put in my regular email address since it required one, but I am not entirely sure which email the issue pertains to
