Need Customer Service Help for a refund

Hello,

How do I contact DropBox customer service? I need to speak to a real person about an issue I am having with my account. I was billed $574 for a subscription that I have not used. I want to cancel it and get a refund but the bot does not allow me to talk to anyone. I cannot find any phone numbers or emails. Why are they making it so hard to contact someone with issues? I need this fixed asap!

Hi @autumnkyoko, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

 

Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi Jay,

 

This did not help me solve my problem. We were charged for a business account but my DropBox account still says we are using the free version. I was charged $574. I should be able to use the customer service phone number/chat but it is not letting me. I have tried doing the steps you have listed but it also does not let me continue

What error are you getting when attempting to contact the support team from an incognito window without being logged into any account?

What do Dropbox user levels mean?
