I want to cancel this drop box account

I want to cancel my drop box account, they want over $200 for this account that I have not logged into for years! But the steps to cancel don’t work and there is no number to call to make sure they know I don’t want this account.

    Can you please let me know what plan you're on at the moment and clarify if you had upgraded your account through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
