I've been charged 4 times for a subscription

I am absolutely mortified by the horrible customer service of Dropbox. They managed to withdraw the subscription fee four times (!) from my credit card, and claim they've only made two withdrawals. I have been on the phone with my bank several times, I've bank statements that prove my case, but to no avail. Also the customer response is awfully slow. This is robbery and I feel helpless.

 

Does anybody know how to get in touch with senior management / escalate the case?

Were you charged on multiple occasions according to this page?

 

Do you have a ticket ID from when you contacted the Dropbox support team?

Yes, I have been charged four times and refunded twice (at a worse exchange rate). The response from Dropbox was that I'd only been charged two times, while according to the bank statement (and the bank itself, which I've called multiple times, and which advice me to report Dropbox) I've been charged four times. The ticket number is #22719371
