Hi I upgraded from Basic to Essentials, the billing has gone through and showing in my subscriptions, but the plan is still on Basic showing 2GB of Storage. I have logged out and back in and nothing has changed and if I click upgraded it's giving me the option of upgrading to essentials.

That is indeed a bit odd @BID St Andrews.
Do you have the option to contact Support by any chance? I'm asking since they have more visibility & extra tools on their end.
If you don't have the option to do this, don't worry I can open a ticket on my end for you.

I have looked all over the page for the contact option for support. I did get a chatbot and then was disconnected and couldn't get back on with them. if you could open a ticket that would be really helpful. thanks again for your help
